1–3 business days inside Dhaka, 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. ৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside. Delivery may take 1–2 extra days during holidays and major campaigns.

Every order is confirmed with a bKash payment — either the full amount, or the delivery charge now with the balance in cash when your parcel arrives. Outside Dhaka, a ৳500 deposit is also paid in advance — it is not extra, it comes off the cash you pay on delivery.

• Exchange requests: within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Wrong or damaged item: report within 24 hours of delivery.
