How much is delivery?
৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside The charge is applied automatically once you choose your area or district at checkout.
How long will my order take?
1–3 business days inside Dhaka, 3–5 business days outside Dhaka Delivery may take 1–2 extra days during holidays and major campaigns.
How can I pay?
Every order is confirmed with a bKash payment — either the full amount, or the delivery charge now with the balance in cash when your parcel arrives. Outside Dhaka, a ৳500 deposit is also paid in advance — it is not extra, it comes off the cash you pay on delivery.
How do I know what size to order?

Can I exchange or return something?
Our exchange and return policy is the authoritative answer, including what is and is not eligible.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking page with your order number, or open the order from your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
While an order is still unpaid you can cancel it from your account. Once payment has been received or the parcel has gone to the courier, message us and we will tell you what is still possible.
