This policy explains what information Exclusive Closet BD collects when you use exclusiveclosetbd.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and area, the items you ordered and any note you add. Your IP address and browser are recorded with the order to help prevent fraud.
- When you pay by bKash: the transaction ID and the last 4 digits of the number you paid from, which you give us, and the amount we received. We never ask for or see your bKash PIN or account details.
- If you create an account: your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, order history and wishlist. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be read by us.
- If you ask to be told when a product is back: your email address, and a phone number if you give one.
- When you contact us: what you send us by WhatsApp, Messenger, phone or email.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to verify your payment.
- To email you about your order — confirmation, payment and delivery updates — and, if you asked, when a product is back in stock.
- To answer your questions and handle exchanges and returns.
- To keep the website and your account secure and to prevent fraud.
- To keep the records we need for accounting and to meet legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Our courier partner (RedX) receives your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) runs the servers this website and our email are sent from.
- Google Maps is shown on our Contact page; Google receives the request when that map loads.
- Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp handle anything you send us through them, under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies and your browser
We use only what the shop needs to work:
- Cookies that keep your cart, checkout and login working.
- A wishlist cookie for visitors who are not logged in (product numbers only).
- A “recently viewed” cookie that stores the numbers of products you opened, for up to 30 days, so we can suggest similar pieces.
- Your light or dark display choice, saved in your browser.
- A cookie our page cache uses to show the right version of a page.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for delivery, exchanges, accounting and legal requirements. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. A “back in stock” request is removed once we have told you the product is back. Password reset codes expire after a short time and are deleted once used.
Keeping it safe
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored encrypted, and only our staff can see order details. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. We may need to keep some order records for accounting or legal reasons. Contact us using the details below, and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and its date.
