Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka — 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka — 3–5 business days
Delivery may take 1–2 extra days during holidays and major campaigns.
Delivery charge
৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside. Charges are shown in the cart before you confirm.
Payment
Every order is confirmed with a bKash payment — either the full amount, or the delivery charge now with the balance in cash when your parcel arrives. Outside Dhaka, a ৳500 deposit is also paid in advance — it is not extra, it comes off the cash you pay on delivery.
Exchanges and returns
Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. A wrong or damaged item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Full conditions are on the Exchange & Return Policy page.
